Thank you for shopping with The Naturalistic Empire. Each product is thoughtfully prepared in small batches to ensure quality and freshness.

Processing Time

Because many of our products are handcrafted and made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Naturalistic Empire is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise defective, you must contact support@thenaturalisticempire.com within 7 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.

To submit a claim, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted more than 7 calendar days after the confirmed delivery date will not be accepted and will not be eligible for replacement.

Products reported after the 7-day reporting period are considered accepted by the customer. No replacements, refunds, exchanges, store credits, or other forms of compensation will be provided for claims submitted outside of the 7-day window.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. The Naturalistic Empire does not accept returns and does not offer refunds. Approved claims submitted within the required timeframe will receive a replacement product at no additional cost.

The Naturalistic Empire reserves the right to deny claims that are incomplete, fraudulent, or unsupported by sufficient documentation.
