RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Effective Date: June 2026

At The Naturalistic Empire, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

Returns

The Naturalistic Empire does not accept returns. Products that have been opened, used, or received by the customer are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered. However, refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• Orders canceled by The Naturalistic Empire due to inventory or fulfillment issues.
• Billing errors determined to be the responsibility of The Naturalistic Empire.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or otherwise defective, you must contact support@thenaturalisticempire.com within 7 calendar days of the carrier's confirmed delivery date.

To submit a replacement request, please provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging

• A brief description of the issue

Replacement requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after the carrier's confirmed delivery date will not be accepted.

Products reported after the 7-day reporting period are considered accepted by the customer. No replacements, refunds, exchanges, store credits, or other forms of compensation will be provided for claims submitted outside of the 7-day window.

Approved claims submitted within the required timeframe will receive a replacement product at no additional cost.

The Naturalistic Empire reserves the right to deny claims that are incomplete, fraudulent, unsupported by sufficient documentation, or submitted outside of the required reporting period.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact The Naturalistic Empire before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks and abuse of the replacement policy may result in future orders being canceled or refused.
